We use Australia Post for all our shipping. You will be charged based on the weight of the products you ordered. Shipping for Gift Vouchers is free. All orders arrive in a plain Australia Post satchel. We use plain Australia Post packaging for all orders, and post items by regular mail. Therefore, although we endeavor to process your orders as quickly as possible and are usually able to fill orders immediately, please allow 7-21 working days for delivery. We cannot be held liable if Australia Post fails to deliver your purchase.
COVID 19 Statement & Shipping Delays
While we continue to ship orders to customers around the world as quickly as possible, please expect some shipping delays. Due to the current situation we are facing as a society, we are experiencing delays in both our supply chain as well as ship times from mail carriers. While most orders are still being shipped same or next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be shipped. If your item can not be shipped, for any reason, within 5 days of your order being placed we will notify you via phone or email.

We offer a full one month warranty on all faulty products. If your product is faulty please contact us and let us know your account name and the date your product was purchased. We will contact you within 48 hours with a return code. Simply send your returned goods to our shop at 49 Bridge Road, Richmond VIC 3121.

Due to the nature of this product and sanitary concerns, REFUNDS/RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. If there are questions about the colour, please ask before purchasing – We will not accept refunds / returns if a customer decides a colour does not suit them after receiving the wig. Color varies from screen to screen, but we try to shoot our wigs as closely as possible to its true color.
We will replace any of our item that are defective or arrive damaged, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your item. We will send you a pre-paid return label for your item. Once we receive your item, we will process and ship out the replacement item.
We value your privacy. Details we request from you for the completion of transactions on this site, will not be shared with any other third party, unless we are legally compelled to do so. If you request email newsletters or product information, we will only use your email address for this express purpose.
